Giggle (Growing In God's Great Love Everyday)

St. Peter’s Sunday school program, Giggle, is based on the Workshop Rotation Model. Basically in this model we teach major Bible stories and concepts through kid-friendly multimedia workshops: an art workshop, drama, music, storytelling, cooking, science, games or any other media we can get our hands on. Teach the same story in all of the workshops for several weeks rotating the kids to a different workshop each week. This works because the kids learn in different ways from one another (different workshops) and from repetition (several weeks of the same lesson).

JAM (Jesus And Me)

JAM is our Wednesday after school program for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade.  It meets during the school year from 3pm-5pm.  This is a great place for kids to learn more about their relationship with Jesus, through crafts, activities, games and fun!  The 4th and 5th grades alternate months when they have their CAT (Catechism) class.  Greenvale and Bridgewater kids are bused to the church after school, and the Sibley kids walk over from the school (which is located across the street).  At 5:15pm on Wednesdays, after our JAM program is finished for the evening, all are invited to enjoy a meal in the fellowship hall at the JAM Café.

We believe that JAM is a great place for kids to learn more about God, while developing relationships with other kids in their church!
