The Board of Evangelism welcomes and provides information to new and prospective members of St. Peter’s.  Our board works behind the scenes to call or write personal notes to visitors, place visitor connection cards and information about St. Peter’s in church pews, socialize with new members attending the orientation classes , and match new members with sponsors.  We create opportunities for the congregation to get to know new members through such activities as hosting a welcome brunch and publicizing information about new members.  Our board agrees that we love connecting with those new to St. Peter’s, especially when in some small way, we can help them feel comfortable at church.  We are excited about new evangelism opportunities in our neighborhood and community, which, with a few more board members, we’re eager to tackle!
