Christ the vine and we the branches are alive in each other, in the mystery of mutual abiding that we read of in the gospel and the first letter of John. St. Peter's Softball Season
The Northfield Church Softball League season's first game is Sunday, May 6 at 4:50 pm, at Sechlar softball field #1. About our Worship Services this Sunday 4/22: The image of the Good Shepherd shows us how the risen Christ brings us to life. It is the relationship between the shepherd and the sheep, one of mutual knowledge and love, that gives the shepherd authority. The shepherd’s willingness to lay down his life for the sheep shows his love. First John illustrates what it means to lay down our lives for one another by the example of sharing our wealth with any sister or brother in need. (

Summer Program Registration Open!
There is snow on the ground, but the sun is shining today as I write! Summer program registration links have been posted on the Northfield St. Peter's website! The first is Rolling River Rampage Vacation Bible School in June, and the second is Day Camp, hosted at St. Peter's, programming provided by Good Earth Village, in August.
