St. Peter’s will again be taking a bus to the St. Paul Saint’s game this summer at the CHS Field, Friday, August 30. Meet at the St. Peter’s parking lot to ride the coach bus. Bus will leave at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at the Welcome Center desk. $38 covers your ticket and transportation. There are 25 spots in total and the tickets will be first come, first served. Secure your ticket before they’re gone! Worship at 9:00 am with guest organist, Joanne Rodland. Then enjoy coffee and fellowship following worship at 10:00. There is no Church league softball this weekend in honor of the Memorial Day observances. Have a safe and happy weekend! Volunteer for Meals-on-Wheels

Meal on Wheels sign-up is underway. St. Peter's is responsible for delivery of meals June 30 - July 13. This is a much-needed service to our community, and a wonderful opportunity for families to do good together! There are two weekends and 4-5 routes each day so grab your kids or grandkids and let them help you! You will bring a double blessing to the recipients, and teach your children the joy of serving at the same time. Sign up at the welcome center, or contact coordinator Jolene Manzey at 507.645.2543.

What's happening Sunday?!

Worship with us on Sunday 5/19! 9:00 am worship, 10:10 am education and coffee hour. The SPY group will be heading to Sharing & Caring Hands at 7:30. The Sunday School kids and the Jubilee Bells will be singing/playing during worship! There will be a Gospel of Luke study in the Fireside room. The kids will have their end of the year party with play outside (if the rain holds off!!) and then ice cream in the Fellowship Hall. Kids- wear your blue St. Peter's shirts!! The Girl Scouts will also be visiting to talk about their newly installed Free Little Pantry located outside St. Peter's, near our Free Little Library. In the afternoon, the Troubadours will be performing in the sanctuary at 3:30.

Welcome Summer BBQ!

Come TONIGHT for hot dogs and hamburgers off the grill. Supper starts at 5:30 and includes a short worship to close out the school year. Bring a small side to share! Stay for games both indoor and out!

The 2019 softball schedule has been added to our calendar and to our website! The St. Peter's team is looking for more players! The games are always Sunday evenings at Sechler or Babcock fields. Men and women are both welcome!

Worship With Us Sunday 5/5

Join us for worship on Sunday May 5, the third Sunday of Easter. 9am worship, 10:10am Coffee and Fellowship. Sunday School - all kids welcome! - also at 10:10. The Seder Milestone kids will meet in the classroom during this time. About worship on 5/5: The disciples make a big splash and breakfast with the risen Jesus in the gospel. Wading in the water (remembering our baptism) and eating with Jesus (celebrating the holy communion) is our weekly encounter with the risen Christ.
