Sunday 2/27

This Sunday: Join us at 9am in person. You may also join online live on facebook or watch on the website afterwards. Yes, coffee will be made for after worship this day. For joining online, you can find this Sunday's bulletin and other announcements on the website.

This Sunday is the last Sunday after Epiphany and Transfiguration of Our Lord: Witnesses to the glory of God in the face of Jesus reflect that glory in the world. It was true for Moses. It was doubtless true for Peter, James, and John. We pray that it will be true of all of us who see God’s glory in the word and in the supper and who are being “transformed into the same image” by God’s Spirit. (sundaysandseasons.com) Thank you to our volunteers and worship leaders for ushering, reading, working in the kitchen, web streaming and to the worship band for providing special music this Sunday.

If you want to learn the web streaming software, contact Terra. Your first gig is Sunday, May 29!

The use of face masks are no longer required while meeting in-person at St. Peter's. The decision has been made after the recent change to the Northfield School District policies. Disposable masks and hand sanitizer are still available in the narthex.

Wednesday, March 2 is Ash Wednesday, the start of lent. A service will be held at 6:15pm. Confirmation and SPY will not be held, but those kids are still encouraged to attend the service.

A Soup Supper will be served during Lent on Wednesdays at 5:30pm, starting March 9. All are welcome! A small monetary donation is appreciated. THANK YOU to all the groups and circles who are providing food and serving. Donatins will go to support the group serving. (Wednesdays, March 9-April 6) The last two Wednesdays, March 30 & April 6 still need cookers/servers. Please talk to David if you are interested.

Blessings,

St. Peter's Lutheran Staff
