Sunday 3/27, 4th in Lent

Order Easter flowers here or with a paper order form at the Welcome desk now through April 6. Potted flowers may go home with you after the 10:30 Easter service. (Services will be held at 9 and 10:30 am Easter Sunday).

This Sunday: Join us at 9am in person. You may also join online live on facebook or watch on the website afterwards. Stay for coffee and be social after worship. For joining online, you can find this Sunday's bulletin and other announcements on the website.

This Sunday is the fourth Sunday in lent: The psalm sets the tone this day: “Happy are they whose transgressions are forgiven, and whose sin is put away!” Happy are those who have “become the righteousness of God” in the merits of Christ Jesus. Happy are those for whom the forgiveness of God has “rolled away . . . the disgrace” of former times. Happy is the father at the return of his prodigal son. Happy are we that our sins are forgiven for Jesus’ sake. Rejoice! (sundaysandseasons.com) Thank you to our volunteers and worship leaders for ushering, reading, working in the kitchen, web streaming and to Pete Pedersen & Mary Kay Bougie for sharing their musical talents this Sunday. Note: Communion servers will start being scheduled for 1st and 3rd Sundays again. If you marked yourself as a communion server on your 2021-22 Time and Talent form, please check the April newsletter for your name! If you wish to be removed from serving communion let us know. Help others continue to enjoy worshiping online every Sunday! Come learn the streaming software, have fun and take a turn! Contact Terra -- it's really not that difficult!!

Director of Faith Formation and Practice

The Faith Formation and Practice Director works to empower children, youth, and adults to grow and mature in the practice of their Christian faith. Building upon a rich tradition, St. Peter’s Lutheran is seeking a person to join us in re-thinking and re-shaping ministry to and with all generations in the congregation. Our willingness to adapt and adjust has been beneficial in the last couple of years, and will be an asset as we re-shape how we live as Christians in this quickly changing world. We are looking for a person to work collaboratively with the other staff and the congregation to coordinate, support, and encourage children, youth, and adults to live the abundant life Jesus gives. This position is part time (25-30 hours). Resumes can be emailed to pastordavidweeks@northfieldstp.org.

Sarah's House Need: Bette Lee is looking for a donation of two small dressers to be used at Sarah's House. If you or someone you know is willing to do this, please contact Bette!

Blessings, St. Peter's Lutheran Staff April Parish Visitor
